Part-time Marketing Specialist
Responsible for implementing marketing tactics as well as providing support with daily activities using independent judgment and creativity. Essential to the job is strong communication, writing and organizational skills. Candidate must be proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Publisher, and syndicated research. Must be a positive, professional team player and have the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

Laboratory Technician
We are seeking a laboratory technician with experience in the testing of cement-based products and/or epoxy and other polymer systems. The preferred candidate holds a B.S or B.A. in Chemistry, Biology or Physics although candidates with an associate’s degree in Chemistry or related discipline are acceptable.

Chemist/Assistant Chemist
We are seeking a BS or BA level chemist with experience in the formulation and testing of cement-based products and/or epoxy and other polymer systems. Individuals without a baccalaureate degree having relevant industrial experience will also be considered. This is primarily a product development role but may also include quality control and other areas as required. It is a bench-level position that will report to the laboratory manager.

Manufacturing Associate
We are seeking an individual will serve as a critical member of the production department staff. Incumbent will be responsible for supply chain functions including, but not limited to, sourcing and purchasing of raw materials; inventory, coordination of resources and materials, production planning, manufacturing process integrity; shipping, and distribution; and working with sales organization on product demand forecasting. Incumbent will also be responsible for implementing logistics strategies in accordance with US and international standards.

Technical Service Specialist
Provide technical support and develop global customer solutions for broad array of industry clients, including engineers, contractors and distributors. Review project specifications and application requirements; effectively communicate product, installation and application recommendations to clients. Troubleshoot job site situations and provide solutions to customer base. Initiate and maintain product approvals with state and federal agencies. Assist in creation of technical content for company literature. Participate in industry associations and committees including ASTM and ACI. Work with international licensee base to assist in product formula development.
Requirements: Bachelor’s Degree in related field. 2 -5 years construction products, technical service or sales support experience in a related industry. Excellent written and oral communication skills. Highly organized individual with a demonstrated ability to effectively manage and prioritize multiple projects. Some International travel (2 - 4 trips / year).

Quality System Administrator
Seeking a Quality System Administrator to oversee its 10CFR50 Appendix B and ISO 9001 quality standards. Responsibilities include overseeing document control and training quality systems, maintaining database for controlled documents, assisting management, and scheduling as required by quality standard.Candidate must be extremely detail orientated, able to work under tight deadlines, and demonstrate ability to interpret and analyze diverse submissions and assess compliance to standards utilizing independent judgment consistently and appropriately. ;Experience with defined quality management system preferred. Quality System Manager
Seeking a Quality System Manager to help develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Nuclear Quality Program. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, ensuring all technical operations are performed in accordance with the company quality standard, ensuring proper use and care of all laboratory equipment at Nuclear QC/QA facility, act as lead auditor for Nuclear Quality Program
Candidate will maintain knowledge of all QC and QA procedures
- Stay current with regulatory changes
- Set up, perform, and document testing on raw materials, work in process, and finished products to measure performance against requirements.
- Ensure that contractors’ materials and methods of production are in accordance with requirements.
- Oversee departmental involvement and review of records for technical training, quality control results, and instrument maintenance.
- As lead auditor, Coordinate and/or perform all internal and external quality audits on behalf of company management.
Will work out of CT office for 4-6 months during development phase of project before implementing and maintaining procedures in Cleveland, Ohio area production facility.Candidate must demonstrate 5+ years experience working within the 10CFR50 Appendix B and ISO 9001 arena.
