Regional Sales Manager, Construction Products
Global provider of high performance specified construction products for use in the industrial, infrastructure and marine markets is seeking to fill two positions:
West Coast Regional Sales Manager & Central Regional Sales Manager
Specific Responsibilities Include:
- Utilize knowledge of regional industrial, infrastructure and marine construction projects and work with consultants, architects, engineers, general contractors & subcontractors to secure business on those projects
- Creating demand for new and existing products with assigned accounts & distributors
- A minimum of 50% travel is required
- Manage local Manufactures Reps and Company Reps to grow their territory, provide updated reports on projects and local customers, set goals and objectives, and meet sales objectives
- Maximize contribution to profits on a regional basis
- Prepare budgets and sales forecasts
- Identify market potential for business opportunities
- Build and maintain an effective distributor network
- Evaluate regional market price needs and project pricing requirements
- Conduct regional sales meetings on a periodic basis
- Supervise, evaluate, monitor and maintain project tracking system and effective use by sales and specification engineers
Required Work Experience
- Minimum 5 years sales management experience in the construction products industry
- Seminar presentation skills preferable
- Experience calling on Engineering community
Required Education and Professional Qualifications:
- BS or BA college degree
- Exceptional leadership, team building, account management, interpersonal, presentation and communication skills (written and verbal)
- Proven track record of success
- Solid technical understanding of the construction market
- Proficiency with MS Office (Power Point, Excel, Outlook)

Business Development Manager
A 55 year old global manufacturer of industrial machinery grout and concrete repair products is seeking a Business Development Manager to drive new product sales. Responsible for generating leads for field sales force action, assisting with formal sales presentations and proposals, conducting customer ‘pitch’ presentations, and assisting marketing with customer and product intelligence.
Additional responsibilities include championing the company’s CRM system and providing new product win/loss sales analysis. The successful candidate must have a strong sales and project management background and prior experience in the construction products industry. A degree in engineering or construction management is a plus. Must be a positive, professional team player and have the ability to handle multiple projects at once.

Chemist/Assistant Chemist
We are seeking a BS or BA level chemist with experience in the formulation and testing of cement-based products and/or epoxy and other polymer systems. Individuals without a baccalaureate degree having relevant industrial experience will also be considered. This is primarily a product development role but may also include quality control and other areas as required. It is a bench-level position that will report to the laboratory manager.
