Position: Technical Services Representative

Reports to: Director, Laboratory & Technical Services

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Handle telephone inquiries concerning technical, specification and application information for products.
• Document field complaints for "Product Problem Summary Files."
• Review Five Star's product literature to ensure its accuracy and uniformity.
• Participates in training & sales meetings conducted for customers & sales staff.
• Coordinate new and present product submittals to Departments of Transportation for approval.
• Process Five Star sales group's product sample requests.
• Provide field technical service on special projects.

Other Duties:

• Serves on Five Star Team.
• Travel to job sites (10% travel)
