Under the terms of an agreement signed by Five Star President David Babcock and Rockwater Manufacturing Corp. President Bart Cariello, the two companies will market a co-branded pile jacketing system and related products designed for underwater repairs of concrete, steel and wood piles. The companies have created a new brand logo and a national accounts sales force to actively market and pursue pile projects worldwide.
