FRP Pile Rehabilitation Jackets. Five Star® PileForm™ F fiberglass reinforced plastic (FRP) pile rehabilitation jackets meet and exceed marine engineering specifications for use in hostile marine environments where exposure to ice, floating debris, chemical pollution, oils, acids, salt water and where tidal action may occur. Five Star ® PileForm™ F jackets are available in translucent or may be gel coated to any specified color.

PileForm™ F fiberglass pile jackets are manufactured in 1’ to 20’ long sections with wall thickness up to 1/2" as required; custom sizes outside these ranges are available.

PileForm™ F pile jackets are manufacatured under a strict 16-point quality control procedure using the highest quality raw materials, ensuring consistent product quality and long working life.
