    Five Star® Fluid Grout 100 - Nuclear is the industry’s leading cement-based, nonmetallic, non-shrink premier fluid grout for supporting machinery and equipment requiring precision alignment. It is formulated with Air Release technology that combines high performance with the greatest reliability. When tested in accordance with ASTM C 827, Five Star® Fluid Grout 100 - Nuclear exhibits positive expansion. Five Star® Fluid Grout 100 - Nuclear meets the performance requirements of ASTM C 1107-02 Grades A, B and C, ASTM C 1107-07 and CRD-C 621-93 specifications for non-shrink grout over a wide temperature range, 40°F - 90°F (4°C - 32°C).

    This specialized version of Five Star® Fluid Grout 100 - Nuclear is compliant with NRC 10CFR50 Appendix B and ASME NQA-1 Quality Programs.

    Structural Concrete - Nuclear

    For nuclear safety zone applications

    Five Star Structural Concrete® - Nuclear is a fast, permanent concrete repair material with high early strength gain for horizontal and vertical repairs. Containing migrating corrosion inhibitors, Five Star Structural Concrete® - Nuclear produces a repair that is dimensionally stable, develops an integral bond to existing concrete, and restores structural integrity within hours of placement. Application thickness can range from 1/4 inch to 12 inches (6 mm to 300 mm) in a single pour. Five Star Structural Concrete® - Nuclear provides increased corrosion protection of steel-reinforced structures with migrating corrosion inhibitor technology and very low chloride ion permeability. Moisture-sensitive coatings can be applied in 8 to 24 hours.

    Five Star® DP Epoxy Grout - Nuclear is the only expansive, non-shrink, low exothermic epoxy system for dynamic machinery grouting. This versatile, dual-purpose product is formulated for single, large-volume placements and may be used as thin as 1/2 inch (13 mm) in depth. Five Star® DP Epoxy Grout - Nuclear is a three-component, 100% solids, solvent-free system formulated to provide high-strength and superior creep resistance combined with the highest effective bearing area. Five Star® DP Epoxy Grout - Nuclear exhibits positive expansion when tested in accordance with ASTM C 827.
