Five Star Structural Concrete® - Nuclear is a high early strength, single component, permanent concrete repair material. Containing migrating corrosion inhibitors, Five Star Structural Concrete® - Nuclear produces a repair which is dimensionally stable, develops an integral bond to existing concrete, and restores structural integrity within hours of placement. Application thickness can range from 1/4 inch to 12 inches (6 mm to 300 mm) in a single pour. Five Star Structural Concrete® - Nuclear provides increased corrosion protection of steel reinforced structures with migrating corrosion inhibitor technology and very low chloride ion permeability. Moisture sensitive coatings can be applied in 8 to 24 hours.

Five Star Structural Concrete® V/O - Nuclear produces a repair which is dimensionally stable, develops an integral bond to existing concrete, and restores structural integrity within hours of placement. Five Star Structural Concrete® V/O - Nuclear provides increased corrosion protection to steel reinforced structures with migrating corrosion inhibitor technology and very low chloride ion permeability. Moisture sensitive coatings can be applied in 8 to 24 hours.

Five Star® HP Epoxy Grout - Nuclear is a three component, 100% solids, solvent-free system formulated to exhibit high early strength combined with the highest creep resistance at elevated temperatures. Five Star® HP Epoxy Grout - Nuclear exhibits positive expansion when tested in accordance with ASTM C 827.

This specialized version of Five Star® HP Epoxy Grout - Nuclear is compliant with NRC 10CFR50 Appendix B and ASME NQA-1 Quality Programs.

Five Star® DP Epoxy Grout - Nuclear is the only expansive, non-shrink, low exothermic epoxy system for machinery grouting. This versatile, dual purpose product is formulated for single, large volume placements and may be used as thin as 1/2 inch (13 mm) in depth. Five Star® DP Epoxy Grout - Nuclear is a three component, 100% solids, solvent-free system formulated to provide high-strength and superior creep resistance combined with the highest effective bearing area. Five Star® DP Epoxy Grout - Nuclear exhibits positive expansion when tested in accordance with ASTM C 827.

It is formulated with Air Release technology that combines high performance with the greatest reliability. When tested in accordance with ASTM C 827, Five Star® Grout - Nuclear exhibits positive expansion. Five Star® Grout - Nuclear meets the performance requirements of ASTM C 1107-02 Grades A, B and C, ASTM C 1107-07, and CRD-C 621-93 specifications for non-shrink grout over a wide temperature range, 40°F - 90°F (4°C - 32°C).
